We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Cairns. Our warehouse hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping — 6 business days — $10.95

All Orders Express Australia Post — 3 business days — $15.95

Free Returns

The Tialu Store offers free returns on items for items that have been unused/ unopened due to change of mind or it is a faulty/damaged item within 30 days of order date. Simply email us at hello@thetialu.store and we will send you your free shipping label. If you request a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days. All you need to do is take the parcel to the post office and have it shipped back to us. The Tialu Store does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.

If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
