OUR STORY

My husband Jeremy and I started our journey together in 2020 when I was 26 and he was 30. I had two children already at the time. He invited me to a family lunch and I was head-over-heels for him. He was everything my heart clearly needed — a Christian who is masculine with very traditional values. He gifted me my first Bible. And this is when my life completely changed and I got saved. I started reading the Word and God brought to light my sin and my desperate need for a saviour. I repented and called out to God. God began to heal me and prune me into the image of Jesus Christ.

Fast forward approx. 9 months, Jeremy and I got engaged and then we got married 2 months after our engagement. The Lord blessed us with two beautiful boys. Our first year of marriage had mountains and valleys. I was still a brand new Christian who had no idea how to be a Godly wife. We started a new landscaping business. Then, add to the mix having a blended family which brought its own set of challenges, however through all of this, God was working even though we couldn’t see it.

For me, that was softening my heart. I quit my job as I had a deep desire to homeschool and be a keeper at home. God also brought to light that I was not a submissive wife, so I started to feed on the Word daily for hours. By His grace over time, I started to become submissive and more serving towards my husband. I began to settle into my femininity and truly embrace being my husband’s helpmeet and who God designed me to be. Our marriage and our home started to flourish.

At the end of 2024, I had a desire to start a social media account @biblicalwomanhoodwithrenee to share God’s truth boldly about Biblical Womanhood. It has already been such a blessing to connect with so many beautiful women and encourage my sisters in Christ to embrace the beauty of God’s design for women in the home, marriage and motherhood.

I’ve started many passion projects over the last couple years and I wanted to bring them all together in one place to share them with you all. This place will feature products I have created myself, products that I truly love, delicious recipes we use in our own home, and so much more to inspire you on your journey as a Godly wife, mother and homemaker. The beautiful art of transforming a house into a home isn’t just about aesthetics— it must start within us— faith in Jesus Christ and obeying His word, embracing God’s wonderful design for marriage, and the commitment to raise our children up in the Lord with love and guidance.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share this meaningful journey with you all, and I look forward to creating cherished memories together.
