Top 5 Essentials To Support You Through Your Breastfeeding Journey
Breastfeeding is a wonderful journey. It can be a challenging experience for some, but we’re certain it is and can be a beautiful experience at the same time.
Now whilst you will never be fully prepared for anything, it does certainly help to prepare as much as you can which is we’ve compiled a quick essentials list to support you through your breastfeeding journey. I would consider these my non negotiables when it came to breastfeeding and this was consistent up until my 4th baby.
Here’s my top 5 essentials:
1. A comfortable, high quality nursing pillow—

2. All natural nipple cream—
